Mammopexy is a surgical procedure designed to firm and lift the breasts, removing excess skin and reshaping the breast tissue. It can be performed with breast implants or only with the patient’s natural tissue, depending on her needs and aesthetic goals.
This surgery allows repositioning the breasts and improve their firmness and shape, especially in cases where gravity, the weight of the breast tissue or breastfeeding have caused sagging and loss of definition.
